On Monday transmeta reported about the financial results of the third quarter . The incomes volume reached $25,3 mln., which is much more than the obtained in second quarter $366 000. in the third quarter , this company was able to obtain $116,5 mln. in the form of license deductions, and in the annual expression this sum reached $266,5 mln.

With AMD company transmeta concluded a new license agreement, AMD will obtain the right to use transmeta developments with the production of products by the foundry company, and Transmeta itself will obtain 700 000 privileged actions, which will be converted in 499 429 usual actions.

Now as strategic buyer, to transmeta we have the American company novafora, Inc ; being specialized in chip design (video). This transaction will be completed in the first quarter 2009, and in this case transmeta does not have the right to make any new license agreements.

The sum of transaction will be $255,6 mln. transmeta shareholders will obtain from $18,7 to $19 for the usual company action .
